«Διαδρομές»: δράση δικτύωσης σχολικών μονά- δων για την ενδυνάμωση σχολικών κοινοτήτων και την ενίσχυση της ψυχικής ανθεκτικότητας σε δύσκολες περιόδους

Περίληψη
In τhis paper a multilevel intervention entitled “Diadromes” (“Routes”), developed and implemented by the Laboratory of School Psychology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with the aim of strengthening the positive climate and mental resilience at the individual and system level, is presented. Teachers from schools located at Thessaly, Peloponnese and Attica participated in this project, which was organized as a response to the destructive floods in Thessaly (September 2023). “Diadromes” included online trainings, supervision and implementation of classroom activities. A key dimension of the intervention was the networking of teachers both through training and the use of an online platform where class projects were posted. The evaluation based on the participant teachers’ feedback showed a high degree of students’ involvement and achievement of the objectives of the activities, especially regarding recognition and expression of feelings, as well as team cohesion and cooperation. Improvement of the school climate in terms of respect, sense of belonging and friendship was also reported. Teachers also recognized the usefulness of training and supervision. This intervention highlights the significant role of University Laboratories in supporting school communities, especially during adversities and disasters.
