Περίληψη

The complexity and variability of our era has not left unchanged the schooling environment making primary schools’ principals undertake new roles. Time traps do not allow principals to complete successfully their complex tasks. Time traps come from the persons themselves and the wider working and social environment as well. The present study pointed out the lack of training in time management techniques and the fragmentary dealing of the “thieves” of time on behalf of principals.
