Περίληψη

The purpose of this study was to explore undergraduate students’- candidate teachers’ views on cooperation’s contribution to the successful implementation of the Two-Weeks Teaching Practice that took place online in the Spring Semester of the academic year 2020-2021 due to the pandemic of COVID-19. The sample consisted of two hundred and eighty-nine (289) students of the Pedagogical Department of Primary Education of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the method applied was content analysis on students’ reflective diaries, which were developed based on Gibbs’ Reflective Cycle Model (1988). The results of the research clearly indicate that “cooperation” both between students as well as between students on the one hand and mentors and professors on the other functioned as a determinant in the implementation phase of the
Teaching Practice in all the axes of the cycle studied (i.e. description, evaluation, analysis, conclusion, feelings). “Cooperation” s’ value was also a basic tenet based on which the Teaching Practice Model of the same Department was developed and applied before the coronavirus outbreak.
