The strategy plans about the use of the Nature are according to the perception of the relationship between Nature (natural resources) and Man in his social dimension. In the running apprehension, forests, oceans, fisheries, meadows, water, the wild life, the atmosphere are the main components of the Nature. These natural resources constitute a concrete category of resources, the common pool resources. Their sustainability depends on the property status under they function. This paper presents the three status property of these resources, focusing on the status of the common property.
