Abstract

Undoubtedly, the Russo-Ukrainian war is radically changing the structure
of the entire planet every day, and the impact of this crisis is visible in every
field: social, political, economic and cultural. In addition, legal issues raised
on the occasion of the war are particular and demand an extremely careful approach
since there are both legal and political-moral dimensions in the matter...

...The aim of the economic sanctions is to impose severe consequences on
Russia for its actions and to effectively thwart Russian abilities to continue the
aggression. The individual sanctions target people responsible for supporting,
financing or implementing actions which undermine the territorial integrity,
sovereignty and independence of Ukraine or who benefit from these actions.
