Evrigenis, Cavers and Currie Three Private International Law Legends

Abstract

Discussion on a small part of Evrigenis’s writings on private international law (PIL) or conflicts law, which was his initial field of concentration and one of the many fields in which he excelled. Specifically, I focus on his incisive critiques of two important figures of American PIL—Professors David F. Cavers and Brainerd Currie.
