Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to present these procedural data to the United Nations, as well as the developments that have taken place over time, largely due to the increasing influence that the EU has gained internationally on the issues raised by the UN system, especially after 1990. At the same time, it should be noted that, even if the EU has been "transformed" into a fundamental and indispensable player in international relations, be it political, economic or other, it does not mean that it does not find other important players in international relations - especially in the field of political issues, which exert restrictive effects on the institutional / procedural level.
