The Protection of Data Rights, Security and Privacy in the Era of Coronavirus

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to offer a critical approach and answer to the emerging data rights issues, in accordance with EU and local European law and other various national legislative measures implemented by certain States. Indicatively, there will be a thorough analysis of special cases born in labour and social level, as well as a prudent examination to what extent privacy is affected. Finally, the entire study is being conducted on the basis of European regulatory regime.
