Περίληψη
In commissioning this study, the researchers wished to examine the organization, the conduct and the effectiveness of practicum for primary and secondary teachers. The process was highlighted by the use of a qualitative method while evidence came from documentation provided by interviews with 11 students (6 from the department of Primary Education and 5 from the department of Secondary Education). According to the interviews' material became obvious: a) the student’s positive attitude to the concept and b) the need for improvement as regards the organization, the duration and the content of practicum.
