Τα ψηφιακά κόμικς στο σχολείο του 21ου αιώνα: προετοιμάζοντας τους σύγχρονους εκπαιδευτικούς

Περίληψη

In the context of modern educational strategies, digital tools play a major role in net generation’s learning, enhancing their digital literacy. In such a constructivism context, digital-web comics can be a useful pedagogical "tool" for both teachers and students. The aim of this paper is to present the digital comics created by 40 student teachers of School of Pedagogical and Technological Education (Western Macedonia branch). Also, will be presented, through qualitative research methodology and Thematic Analysis, student teachers’ perceptions regarding the benefits they have gained from the digital environment "Pixton" and their feelings by engaging in digital activities. The analysis of the answers shows that engaging in cooperative activities, mobilizing students, learning through play and entertainment, constructing knowledge and concepts through double coding, critical thinking and role playing are just some of the benefits that students can derive from the digital school.
