This research highlights the importance of children’s opinion on the phenomenon of school bullying, defined as the repeated exposure of a person to unpleasant actions by a person or a group of people, intentionally causing them injury or discomfort (Ferguson, Miguel, Kilburn & Sanchez, 2007). From the children’s interviews, it was observed that the students recognize the verbal, physical and emotional forms in which school bullying manifests itself in elementary school. In particular, they point out the intensity of the bullying challenge and its deeper consequences. As the main target of abusers, they pointed to the lowering of self-confidence of victims for a variety of reasons, while there was a dichotomy about whether abusers are weak or not. It is noteworthy that some students recognized that abusers also need help and focused on them, regarding the prevention of the phenomenon.
