Main Article Content
Περίληψη
This research focuses on the investigation of primary education teachers’ nonverbal communication and behavior, which seems to significantly affect the success of interpersonal relationships and, consequently, classroom teaching and learning. In the school context, teachers are simultaneously senders and receivers of verbal and non-verbal messages, which facilitate the two-way process of communication during teaching. Often, teachers fail to understand the impact which their body language has to their students’ attitudes. The awareness of this process can minimize communicative problems between teachers and students and can create classroom collaborations.
Key-words: body language, education, non-verbal communication.
