Abstract
The study provides an overall description of the present EU FRAMEWORK for supporting international scientific and technological cooperation - focus disciplines and regions. It will then present the way Greek R&D institutions (from the public and the private sector) participate in this framework, and, finally, after revealing the untapped potential for cooperation in the international environment, the report will conclude with specific policy implications.
