Abstract
In this paper the development of a specialized Spatial Decision Support System (SDSS) is described. The system serves environmental planning processes and it focus on the greek coastal zone. The SDSS is based on a methodological framework that takes advantage of state of the art techniques and guarantees the extraction of operational solutions. The system is suitable to support decision making in various administrative levels.
