Περίληψη

The purpose of the research study was twofold; to investigate the teachers' views about the introduction of the computers in the Cyprus primary classroom and to identity any association between their views and their personal characteristics, i.e. gender, years of service, previous experience with the computer use etc. The sample of the survey consisted of 473 primary teachers randomly selected from all over Cyprus. The data collection was operated through a questionnaire. The main findings about the teachers' views were identified
