Περίληψη

The aim of our research was to ascertain the point of relevance among the child's ability that first comes at school, to draw the male figure, and his school ability or maturity that is his ability to correspond at school's demands (assimilation of techniques of culture). On April 1997, 216 students were examined at tests ''drawing man'' and additionally at tests ''total conception' and pictures relation conception", although all of them are considered as crucial for child's school ability. At the end of the school year 1996-97, the students were examined in the following subjects: Reading. Writing and Maths and they were graded/marked based on the same scale with which the progresses of the tests were evaluated. The results showed positive but very low relevance between the man's drawing and tests totals' conception and relation conception on the one hand, and school's progress, on the other.
