Each student completed three questionnaires in 11th and 12th grade and the educational achievement was collected electronically from NESTOR school information system. Structural equation models were used to estimate the direct and indirect effects of the variables. The analysis of the data showed that the models were very satisfactory explaining about 50% of the educational achievement and most of the above variables had significant direct or indirect effects. Differences in effects on the school level grades and on the grades of nation¬al level written examinations were also examined.
