Περίληψη

This paper aims to propose the development of an innovative scheme for teachers’ evaluation. Such scheme will be based on the continuous interac¬tion between teacher education and evaluation and will attempt to approach and support teachers in their professional development. To this aim, our proposal suggests that the cooperation and coordination of (a) university tutors, (b) school advisors and (c) mentors is particularly important so that both pre-service and in-service teachers will be able not only to gain theo¬retical knowledge but also to reflect on this knowledge, and develop their personal theories of action.
