Ajzen's and Fishbein’s Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) and Ajzen s Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) were used to predict teachers’ intention to become administrative executives of education during their career. Participants were 83 teachers of primary education who completed measures of TRA and TPB. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and hierarchical regression analysis. Results showed that data fitted the TRA and TPB model well and ex¬plained respondents’ intention. Attitude towards to become administrative ex¬ecutives of education and perceived behavioral control were found to be related to teachers’ intention. Implications for theory, practice and research are discussed.
