Περίληψη
The present project displays the phases of planning, realization and evaluation of an innovative programme concerning the in-service training of teachers who work in multicultural Gymnasiums.
The project’s first part refers to the theoretical base, which supports the con¬ception of the whole attempt, an attempt which had the transformative learning as its main target, and cultural education and history education as its focus.
In the second part there is a description of the methodology followed for the programme’s planning, realization and evaluation, its phases and thematic units.
Eventually, there is a presentation of the results and a complete critical as¬sessment of this effort.
