Περίληψη

The purpose of this article is to present the findings of research aimed at dis¬cerning the ideology in language and literacy textbooks. The specification of the textbook ideology identification is one of the many aspects of educational assessment, which in general plays an extremely important role, since it deter¬mines the way almost all educational aims are fulfilled. Social, national and religious ideology is the ideological aspects traced in the language textbooks for the third Grade of the Greek Primary School - «Ta apithana molivia». “The Incredible Pencils”.
