Περίληψη

In this essay is been attempted the planning of a play of roles within the Pro¬gram of Training of Teachers of Primary Education. Specifically, for the elaboration of the thematic unit "Resolution of Conflicts within School", is been selected the educational technique of playing roles. It is also determined the framework of application, and presented the educational material (script of the story, cards of roles of players, key of observers). Moreover, the speci¬fications of materialization of this technique in the education of adults are being emerged and fully justified. This particular proposal can be included in the contexts of training programmes of teachers and constitute an active experience emerging in this way the active participation of teachers in the educational pro¬cedure.
