Οι θέσεις της Διδασκαλικής Ομοσπονδίας Ελλάδος (Δ.Ο.Ε.) για την επιλογή του Διευθυντή Σχολικής Μονάδας

Περίληψη

In our country the selection of the principals for school units goes hand in hand with each governmental change. A fact that has constituted a point of friction between each government in power and the teachers, while a system of selection has not been formed, which is long lasting and accepted from the teachers. In the present article a report is made on the formal positions and proposals of the Teachers Federation of Greece in relation to the selection of the principals of the school units as they occur in the Federation’s journal, called “Didaskaliko Vima”, from 1974 up to today. A reference is also made about the positions of the Teachers Federation of Greece as well as the criticism it makes to the leadership of the Ministry of Education every time it is invited for talks.
