Συγκριτική μελέτη της εμπειρίας των νέων εκπαιδευτικών σε Ελλάδα και Γαλλία. Αναπαραστάσεις και αντιλήψεις για το επάγγελμα σε περίοδο κρίσης

Περίληψη

The purpose of this qualitative study is to examine the representation of new teachers in the teaching profession during the final years of the financial crisis. We conducted numerous interviews with Greek and French secondary school teachers (Philology-Science teachers) inAthens,Thessaloniki,Paris,Creteil. We used the semi-structured interview and the data was interpreted with the use of Thematic Analysis (Braun & Clark). A comparison of the learning en­vironments in two EU countries enables us to distinguish the working condi­tions while considering global developments. Furthermore, through this com­parison we examine the reasons behind the development of a new context of work and the representations of the teaching profession as shaped by current circumstances.
