Περίληψη

Conflict relations between parents and primary school teachers are a common phenomenon that is disturbing in size and often has intensity and duration to be considered moral and psychological harassment.The purpose of this research isto investigate firstly the factors that lead to a conflict between parents and teachersand secondly principals’ behavior to above conflict.Through the deliberate sampling, 16 Primary Education teachers in the Prefecture of Argolida who have come at least once in conflict with a parent to be considered moral and psychological harassment were selected.A qualitative approach using semi-structured interviews enabled the learning of extensive information. The results revealed that teachers usually come in early years of their careers in conflict with parents, mainly in verbal and psychological form.The perpetrators are usually women, while school culture and principals’ behavior, greatly affect, positive or negative, the phenomenon of conflict.
