The present paper essays to present the phenomenon of bullying and violence in schools, as occurring in the case of refugee children, through a review of a relevant international bibliography. The heavy refugee flows observed in recent years have brought a series of sociopolitical changes effecting the field of education, given the presence of thousands of refugee children in the classrooms of countries that refugees cross or are settled. The paper presents indicative studies carried out in such countries as Lebanon, Jordan, U.S.A, Belgium and Norway, having as statistical samples refugees living there, and looking into their relevant heterogeneous ethnoculture with cases of bullying and violence. Also investigated is the phenomenon of refugee trauma and its consequences (Post Traumatic Stress Symptoms – PTSD) of depression, anxiety disorder, attention deficit-cumhyperactivity, acculturation stress, as an aggravating factor of bullying and violence that refugee schoolchildren have to face or may face. Finally, through respective inquiries, is also broken up the presence of children refugee minorities in the role of victimizer; i.e., an active role in the bullying of other schoolchildren.
