Περίληψη

This study, through two research, explores the stage of the development of morphological awareness in the last three grades of Primary School with two tests of putting the appropriate inflected of words, derivations words, or compounds words from words that gave in a sentence. The first study participated in 22 pupils with high performance and 67 with learning disabilities, while in the second participated 34 with high performance, 50 with medium, and 25 with low performance. This study aimed to contribute new data on the morphological awareness of D-F Primary School pupils. To establish any grading in its development according to the learners’ learning level, age, and educational needs. The pupil’s performance seems to affect by the pupils’ learning level and their age. Based on these findings, the study discusses the stage of morphological awareness development of each group of pupils and the factors that influenced their performance.
